Advanced Mass Area Sampling straightens diagonal lines and reproduces curved lines more smoothly, while built-in phosphor protection reduces the possibility of phosphor burn, insuring longer screen life. The 50- and 42-inch Faroudja Plasma Display Packages feature a sharp, crisp display, with 1365 x 768 and 1024 x 768 native resolution, respectively, in a 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio. Like the 61-inch package, exclusive technology produces superior color saturation, contrast, depth, picture quality, and the purest shade of red now possible in a plasma display. Each Faroudja Plasma Display Package includes either an NRS-DCS Processor or NRS-DVI Processor.
