Customers at the Good Guys can now choose between the CenterStage CS-HD at $999.99, CS-1 at $1,999.99, or the top-of-the-line CS-2 at $2,499.99, based on their home theatre entertainment needs. The new CenterStage CS-HD model will be offered at all 71 locations, and the CS-1 and CS-2 will be available for special order. The CenterStage CS-1 is designed more for high-end home theatre. The CenterStage CS-2 adds DVI/HDCP support and time base correction. All models accept composite, S-video, YPrPb, RGB, and 480/576p, and scale these inputs to 480p, 720p, 1080i, or 1080p as required by today's DTV-compatible LCD/DLPô/ D-ILAÆ/LCoS projectors, high-resolution plasma panels, and CRT/ LCD monitors. Outputs include: DVI, RGB or component, 12-volt screen trigger, and an HDTV pass-through. All CenterStage models have full input and output geometric adjustments; 4:3, 16:9, and anamorphic aspect ratios; and support 3:2 pulldown detection and correction for viewing film-based sources. Picture adjustments include contrast, brightness, saturation, sharpness, and hue. Control choices include infrared remote or front panel backlit switches.
