Insight Media And DisplaySearch Announce HDTV Forum In November

DisplaySearch and Insight Media have joined forces to host the first annual HDTV Forum 2003: Enabling HDTV From The Factory To The Home, November 12-13, 2003, at the Marina Del Rey Marriott in Marina Del Rey, California. This two-day conference, co-sponsored by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) and endorsed by Dealerscope and the High Definition Television Association of America (HDTVAA), will address the revolution happening in television today and expected to accelerate in the future--the transition from standard-definition to high-definition. Keynotes include two of the industry's leading HDTV experts, Sean Wargo, Senior Industry Analyst at CEA and Jim Sanduski, Vice President of Visual Technologies at Samsung Electronics. ""The CEA fully supports the establishment of the HDTV Forum by DisplaySearch and Insight Media,"" said Jeff Joseph, Vice President of Communications and Strategic Relationships at CEA.
