Axiom Audio Introduces An Enhanced Range Of Custom Speaker Finishes And Grille Cloths

Axiom Audio has announced the addition of 23 new customized speaker finishes, 14 in matte and nine in a special high-gloss version. Customers can choose from six custom grille colors to coordinate with the custom finish of their choice.Axiom Marketing Director Amie Colquhoun remarked, ""Why black, anyway? Yes, I know it goes with anything, but it's so...funereal. At Axiom, we decided it was time for a change."" ""Now Axiom customers can choose a high-style finish like Brushed Silver or Highgloss Birdseye Maple,"" Ms. Colqhoun continued, ""or an elegant look like the Highgloss Dark Cherry. And our new traditional finishes like Warm Cherrywood or Buffalo Oak are stunning. The new Mansfield Beech, available at no extra charge, is an attractive alternative to Black and a nice addition to our regular lineup of Boston Cherry, Light Maple, and Black Oak."" Axiom's speakers come in 27 colors to suit any decor.Axiom's 14 matte finishes include such choices as Warm Cherrywood, Brushed Silver, Charcoal Smoke, Russian Maple, or Sorrel Pear. The Highgloss versions include, among others, Highgloss Blue Ripple, Birdseye Maple, Rosewood, Dark Cherry, and White. The matte finishes are $275 for an entire home theatre system, or $95 per speaker model, and the specialized high-gloss versions are $350 per model or $1,000 for a complete home theatre system. The grilles are available in Warm Tan, Burnt Sienna, Charcoal, Black, White, and Light Gold.
