DTS Entertainment Releases More DVD-Audio Surround Music Titles

DTS Entertainment (DTSE) announced its next three North American releases in the DVD-Audio format: Megadeth: ""Peace Sells...But Who's Buying?,"" Everclear: ""So Much For The Afterglow,"" and Medeski, Martin and Wood: ""Uninvisible."" Over the past two years, DTS Entertainment has garnered industry recognition for its DVD-Audio productions. Most recently, the DTSE DVD-Audio surround remix of Queen's ""The Game"" was awarded two honors: the 2003 Best DVD-Audio Disc (DVD Awards) and the 2003 DVD-Audio Excellence Award (DVD Association). The DTSE DVD-Audio release of Queen's ""A Night At The Opera"" also received both of these awards in 2002. ""The DVD-Audio format continues to blossom as a value-added upgrade over the standard compact disc,"" explained David DelGrosso, Vice President of Marketing for DTS Entertainment. ""These three new surround remixes will help magnify the intrinsic value of DVD-Audio for contemporary music genres that are just beginning to discover this fast-rising technology wave.""
