BenQ will be introducing a full line of new products at the 2004 Consumer Electronics Show, January 8-11, 2004 in Las Vegas, Nevada. BenQ is showcasing new LCD monitors, including 17-inch, 19-inch, 20-inch, and 23-inch models. The BenQ FP767-12 and the FP783 are new 17-inch LCD monitors that feature 12ms response time. Larger displays featured are BenQ's new FP951 19-inch LCD monitor, the FP2091 20-inch LCD monitor, and the FP231W 23-inch 1.78:1 LCD monitor. The BenQ DV2680 16-inch LCD TV, DV3080 30-inch LCD TV, and DV4680 46-inch LCD TV, have been added to extend BenQ's current line of LCD TVs that are HDTV compatible and come with built-in TV tuners and speakers, as well as Composite, S-video, and D-Sub inputs. BenQ adds two new home theater projectors, as well as a ""crossover"" $999 digital projector. BenQ's digital projectors utilize proprietary BenQ video processing technology to support the latest DDR DLPô chip sets from Texas Instruments. The BenQ PE8710 features the TI HD2+ chipset and PE7800 features the TI Matterhornô chipset, while the BenQ PB6100 is the latest entry into the sub-$1,000 digital projector line.
