Focus Enhancements Names Sam Runco To Board Of Directors; Home Theater Visionary Brings Video Expertise To Focus Enhancements

Focus Enhancements has appointed Sam Runco to the Focus Enhancements Board of Directors, filling a recent vacancy and allowing Focus Enhancements to meet the new Sarbanes-Oxley independent board requirements. The total board membership will remain at seven. Runco is the Founder and CEO of Runco International. Sam Runco commented, ìI am honored to join the Focus Enhancements' board of directors. He is the recipient of CEDIA's (Consumer Electronic Design and Installation Association) peer-selected Lifetime Achievement Award as well as Dealerscope's Magazine Hall of Fame.
