TruAudio Introduces InCeiling Speaker With Small Footprint, The CA-6

TruAudio introduced a new high end InCeiling speaker, the TruAudio CA-6. It features a 6-1/2î Aluminum Woofer, a 3/4îAluminum Tweeter, high grade crossover design and incorporates the proprietary ìVICî tweeter bridge, which improves tweeter frequencies. Power rating is 5-125 watts, it has +/- 3 dB woofer and tweeter adjustments and it is switchable between 4 and 8 ohms.More and more installers and their clients are asking for higher performance from an InCeiling speaker in a small footprint, which is why TruAudio has several high performance solutions. It is the next model up from the CF-6 in the TruAudio family of 6-1/2î InCeiling speakers, which now includes 7 models. As with most of our products, TruAudio has put a lifetime warranty on the CA-6.The EZ GRILLô: Another improvement on the CA-6 is the grill. Dealers have told us that a lot of the installation time installing a speaker is spent on the grill. Also, once the speaker is installed and the grill has to be removed, it has to be done from the front. Pulling the grill off using a paper clip or some other clever device by sticking it in one of the grill holes can be frustrating. The new TruAudio EZ GRILLô takes care of this problem. This simple, effective solution uses magnets to hold the grill in place. The grill fits flush due to careful engineering and tooling and does not pop out even when a loud music lover pumps lots of volume through the speaker. This grill is now being incorporated into several other new and current TruAudio speakers as well.
