Christie has introduced two powerful new projectors to the widescreen projection market - the Christie DW3K and the Christie DW6K projectors, featuring the new Darkchip2ô DMD technology and Xenon illumination. The Christie DW3K delivers 3000 ANSI lumens and the Christie DW6K delivers 6000 ANSI lumens. They feature true 16:9 display, 1280x720 resolution with 10-bit image processing for crisp images and color saturation. Built-in edge-blending and optional image warping allow images to be wrapped around objects of almost any shape and to be used in a wide range of applications.The projectors include Picture-in-Picture, seamless switching between sources, optional ceiling mounts and a full suite of lenses for installations virtually anywhere. An easy-to-use graphic interface, auto set-up, on-screen help and direct key access offer control, power and performance in an easy-to-use package. The well-received and dependable CERMAXÆ Xenon lamp module (typical 1,000 hours lamplife) in conjunction with the Christie Light Output Control (LITELOCô) extends bulb life and maximizes cost-of-ownership.
