Thomson Files Complaint Against BenQ Corporation

Thomson Licensing SA has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission against BenQ Corporation (Taiwan) and its affiliates (BenQ Optronics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd, BenQ America Corp. and AU Optronics Corporation). Thomson claims BenQ is infringing its patents related to televisions and display monitors and seeks to stop their importation and sale into the U.S.
