AudioControl Recognized By CEDIA For Exceptional Education And Training

AudioControl, designer and manufacturer of room acoustic diagnostic tools and signal correction products, is being recognized by CEDIA as a Continuing Education Provider for classes and training sessions covering room acoustics, audio analysis, and acoustic treatment procedures. Installers and designers who participate in and complete AudioControlís ìTrain In the Rainî certification program will be rewarded with 3.25 CEDIA Continuing Education Units, which are required of CEDIA Certified Installers. Lead instructor for AudioControlís ìTrain In the Rainî certification program is Fredrick J. Ampel, certified CEDIA trainer and industry recognized expert in room analysis and acoustic calibration. Mr. Ampel covers topics associated with room analysis and acoustic calibration including the basic physics of sound reproduction, gathering and interpreting acoustic data, principles and techniques used in designing acoustic spaces, and recognizing and correcting acoustic challenges present in a listening environment. Training lasts two days and is held in Mountlake Terrace, Washington, the location of AudioControlís home office. With the accreditation of their ìTrain In the Rainî certification program, AudioControl now offers three courses recognized by CEDIA for their exceptional contribution to the ongoing education of custom electronics designers and installers. Other recognized training sessions include AudioControlís ìIntroduction to Audio Analysisî and AudioControlís ìRoom Acoustics and Audio Analysisî, offered at CEDIA University Regional Education conferences, CEDIA Expo, and EH Expo.
