Screen Research has launched a new range of In-Ceiling Motorized screens. The casings have been especially designed to be integrated in a false ceiling or in a soffit to allow a perfect integration: thanks to its flatness, the lower part of the casing simply disappears in the existing environment. Two different models: With a slot, the batten makes flush with the ceiling when the screen is rolled-up, with a motorized trap-door that completely closes the lower part of the casing. The trap-door is automated by an internal system with no need of any external management. The attachment systems are also adapted to allow an easy installation for this kind of configuration. Those models have the same technical characteristics as the standard Supreme motorized screens and will be available in 16:9 and 4:3 formats from 1.80 m (70î) to 4 m (160î) - image basis. All of their ClearPix2 screens can be equipped with their black backing layer, which is acoustically transparent and certified by THX and ISF, to suppress reflections from behind the screen and improve the perceived contrast ratio. The in-ceiling versions of le Wing as well as the Motorized screens with masking systems will follow soon. For more information, visit http://www.screenresearch.com
