Image Entertainment And Graymark Productions Sign Multi-Picture Co-Production Pact; Two Companies To Produce Low-Budget Genre-Based Films

Image Entertainment, Inc. announced it has entered into a multi-picture co-production and distribution agreement with Graymark Productions (OTCBB:GRMK), an independent motion picture and television production company.  Graymark Productions' two partners are Gray Frederickson and John Simonelli. Frederickson is one of the most successful producers of major motion pictures in the industry, having produced three films on the American Film Institute's ""100 Greatest Movies of All Time."" In addition, Frederickson won an Academy Awardô as co-producer of ""The Godfather, Part II"" and an Academy Awardô nomination as a co-producer of ""Apocalypse Now."" Simonelli, who serves as chairman and CEO, is an independent business consultant who has extensive experience in the planning, development, and funding of emerging growth companies.
