CENEAK Introduces Fortury Home Theater Seating

By Gary Reber

Every now and then a design comes along that redefines a category.  As far as theater seating is concerned, that design can be found in the CINEAK Fortuny theater chair.  Until the Fortuny’s introduction, theater seating was bulky, unattractive and poorly designed – mostly just overstuffed pillows covered in leather.  The Fortuny changed all that, and continues to prove that theater seating can be luxurious, aesthetically attractive and truly custom.  CINEAK started because of the Fortuny chair, based on the need for something new and the vision of creating something truly unique with unmatched flexibility and supreme quality.

Almost 10 years later, the Fortuny is still one of the most important products in the CINEAK line.  It is available as a traditional recliner (manual or dual-motorized) or a space-saving “incliner” (dual-motorized only) – the latter giving you the option to place the seats closer to walls, tall risers or bars/counter tops.  The flexibility of design in the Fortuny comes from the implementation of wood armrests that can be selected in one of 2 wood types (Cherry or Oak) with 8 colors in total.  Don’t like the wood?
An all leather/fabric arm option is available or custom match the veneer or color of the wood armrests to something you’re already using.

Aside from being able to customize the look and feel of the Fortuny by opting for custom materials, wood veneer/color matching or choosing your foam density – there are many other options available to increase your comfort.  Just like in your luxury car seat we offer electronic lumbar support, electronically controlled articulating headrest, the option to create presets/memory positions and even a dual-motor relax system that gives you the option to control your footrest and backrest independently.  No matter how you design your seating or what options you select, the ergonomic design standard to the Fortuny ensures complete comfort – after all, the seat in your car isn’t flat, so why should your theater seat be any different?
