Stealth Acoustics latest product release is aptly named CoverArt. A Stealth CoverArt system provides the means to integrate a flat screen display into the decor of your home or office by automatically turning it into aesthetically pleasing real framed art ‐ your custom image appears on graphic‐art‐grade canvas surrounded by your choice of elegant wood frames. When you turn on your display, the canvas image automatically retracts to reveal the total display surface without obstruction. When you turn off your display the image slides back down to conceal the blank screen. Although the concept of flat‐screen display covers is not entirely new, most existing solutions are very expensive and extremely difficult to install. Stealth has achieved the goal of developing CoverArttm to make a uniquely affordable and easy to install screen cover solution. If you can hang a picture, you are capable of installing Stealth CoverArttm – and at a fraction of the cost of other current offerings. The backbone of a Stealth CoverArttm system consists of a unique, light‐weight and rugged aluminum internal framework skeleton. Your choice of picture frame molding from a wide variety of available styles then covers the aluminum framework creating a beautiful and long‐lasting frame for artwork. An extremely quiet internal motor assembly activates the artwork movement and the entire system is designed to fit over and rest on the bezel of virtually any flat screen display ‐ four strips of Velcro keep the CoverArttm system firmly attached to the display. Controlling the CoverArttm image movement is equally simple. The included Stealth CoverArttm motor control unit, built specifically for this product, is equipped with an in‐line voltage sensor that continually monitors the operational status of your display. When your display is turned on the control module senses this and automatically raises the CoverArttm image. When the display is turned off, the image automatically lowers to hide the screen. The image you select for your CoverArttm can come from virtually any high‐quality source. If you have artwork, family photos, wedding pictures, school or business logos, our art department can work with most high resolution digital image files. Or, you can choose to utilize original artwork from Stealth’s growing family of associated artists and photographers. Configuration and printing of the artwork is included in the price of the system – there are no hidden charges. Stealth CoverArttm will be available for purchase on April 1st, 2009 and will retail for about $1,999.
