 UK-based Meridian is to unviel its most sophisticated home cinema projection system yet. The new 810 Video System is built around a Digital Cinema standard projector. The projection system will be debut at the Electronic House Expo, which runs March 11 to14, in Orlando, Florida. The 810 reference projector features a 4,000 x 2,400 D-ILA chipset able to deliver a 10 megapixel image via a proprietary Meridian 810 Reference Scaler. It will come partnered with the 861 Surround Controller which handles audio processing and all-digital DSP7200 floorstanding loudspeakers.
