ISF Announces DVDO Duo ISFccc Support

By Gary Reber

For years many of you in the ISF community have been installing DVDO processors to optimize your customers video experience - now, for the first time ISFccc hooks and menus are built into the new Duos!

DVDO has added two additional CMS profiles to the iScan Duo: ISF Day and ISF Night. The ISF Profiles may be locked by the calibrators to prevent accidental changes to the profile settings. ISF Profiles are per output. With this new release, the iScan Duo now features four CMS profiles for each of its two outputs: Day, Night, ISF Day, and ISF Night. Note that the iScan Duo can store all Output Setup settings for up to ten displays. With four CMS profiles, iScan Duo can store up to 40 unique CMS profiles.

At factory default, the ISF Profiles are grayed out since the iScan Duo has not been ISF calibrated. Once the system is calibrated, the ISF Profiles are no longer grayed and will appear normal.

Lockable ISF Profiles - A key feature of the new software in the Duo is the ability for the ISF Technician to lock his work down so that it will always be available to his customer for optimal viewing in either day or night time environments. The procedure is straight forward, but not available to end users, which is as it should be.

The procedure is attached below and is also available in the ISF Portal at AVProAlliance.com - You are the first group in the world to gain access to this new procedure.
