DVD Audio Machine

Dear Gary, I love your magazine. To be honest, it is the only one I have confidence in anymore. At first, when you started talking about DTS, I was a little skeptical. I already owned a Dolby Digital processor in my system. After reading your magazine, and remembering the first time I saw Jurassic Park in a DTS theatre, I could not hold back anymore. I went ahead and bought a Millennium decoder. I have to say it is the single best purchase I have ever made. I do look forward to DTS DVDs. I waited a whole year to get a DVD player with a DTS output. I have purchased most of the DTS LaserDiscs that are out. The sound is incredible. But if they come out with another DVD player that will obsolete my current one, I guess I will just have to pass and keep enjoying my Dolby Digital DVDs and my DTS LaserDiscs. I love music, and I own a few of the DTS CDs and they are great. Best music I have ever heard. There are some people who say they cannot hear a difference between Dolby and DTS—I say they’re crazy. But what makes the powers-that-be think that these people will hear a difference with the DVD-Audio machine? Thanks for listening, hope this helps out.
