Lincoln Scott (Howard), is accused of murder, and Col. William McNamara (Willis) convinces the commandant (Iures) to allow the prisoners to hold their own trial. After Tommy agrees to defend Lt. Scott and begins his investigation, he finds that not all of his fellow prisoners are on the same side and that Col. McNamara is using the trial to cover up a former mission he still intends to carry out.
