    Story Synopsis:
    In a music business that is swarming with boy bands, John Mayer is a breath of fresh air. Check him out with his Any Given Thursday DVD and discover Mayer

    DVD Picture:
    The 1.66:1 DVD picture is not anamorphic and not a great DVD for larger home theatre displays. There are lots of shimmering artifacts and aliasing problems. The picture has an overall soft character, with some smearing. Colors are satisfying, with generally accurate fleshtones, but slightly weak and undefined blacks. Nonetheless, John Mayer fans are not likely to care much about image quality, as his music is the feature presentation. The disc's widescreen format is not indicated on the packaging.
