    Story Synopsis:
    "This Property Is Condemned" is based on the play by Tennessee Williams about a young woman, Alva Starr (Wood), the flirtatious main attraction of her mother

    DVD Picture:
    The anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 DVD has a dated appearance, but can otherwise appear nicely rendered. Images are generally sharp and detailed, though at times appearing a bit soft. Colors can be nicely balanced at times, like when Natalie Wood first appears in her fucshia dress, the colors virtually pop from the screen. However, fleshtones can appear unnaturally brown and hues can seem a bit pasty. Edge enhancement is noticed at times and occasional smearing can be bothersome. (Suzanne Hodges)
