Story Synopsis:
Making it to the big time is all that Freddy (Gurry) dreams about but with having his girlfriend Tanya (Miranda) on bass, Joe (Stiller) on lead guitar, and Lucy (Sadrinna) the druggy on drums, it looks like their Garage Days are here to stay. DVD Picture:
With a stylized color scheme and creative filming choices and visual effects, this anamorphically enhanced 1.85:1 DVD picture is quite intriguing. Colors are richly saturated and can appear somewhat oversaturated or hot, popping from the screen in bold hues, nicely balanced fleshtones, and deep blacks. Images can be sharp and nicely detailed and textured, though some finer details seem a bit lacking or slightly smeared. Some pixel breakup is detected and edge enhancement is noticed in higher contrast scenes. Still, this picture looks very cool. (Suzanne Hodges)
