    Story Synopsis:
    In the little town of Rikers Valley, Maine is an unsuspecting site of horror, The Blue Ribbon Laundry. Inside this place of business is the evil owner Bill Gartley (Englund) and his horrifying machine, The Mangler. A kind of electricity, the demon sometimes gets out of control and people are hurt.
