    Story Synopsis:
    After being rejected from the police force, Buck Taylor (Nelson) decides to show the LAPD cops a thing or two. Leaving nothing behind but a page torn from the telephone book, he goes on a killing spree and always seems to be one step ahead of the police. But two cops, Sam Dietz (Rossi) and Bill Malloy (Loggia), are determined they're going to catch this guy, no matter how Relentless he appears to be. (Tricia Littrell)

    DVD Picture:
    The anamorphically enhanced 1.85:1 DVD picture has a dim appearance with contrast that seems slightly low throughout. The color scheme is understated and lacking in rich saturation and vibrant hues, though well balanced for the dim look of the film. Images can be nicely detailed and textured at times, but some smearing of finer details is evident. There is some minor edge enhancement noticed, as well as some pixelization. (Suzanne Hodges)
