  WSR Narrative Review
Story Synopsis:
After being offered an all-expense-paid "Christmas Vacation 2" an island in the south pacific, "Cousin Eddie's" (Quaid) sure that his luck is about to change. His wife Catherine (Flynn), son Third (Thomas), Uncle Nick (Asner), cousin Audrey (Barron) and dog, Snots all arrive in paradise ready for the time of their lives. But life with Eddie is always uncertain, and when the group finds themselves stranded on a deserted "Island," their Christmas becomes an "Adventure" unlike any they have had before. (Tricia Littrell)

DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 DVD picture is quite clean, with a well-balanced, nicely saturated color scheme. Fleshtones are accurately rendered, hues are warm and rich, and blacks are deep and solid. The picture exhibits pleasing sharpness, with nicely rendered details. Though there is a little bit of edge enhancement and pixelization noticed, the picture is satisfying throughout.
