First-time feature director Arne Glimcher
The anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 DVD picture looks pleasing throughout, delivering warm, nicely balanced colors with accurate fleshtones and deep blacks. The picture is sharp and detailed, and rarely appears smeared. There is minor pixelization, but no obtrusive edge enhancement. (Suzanne Hodges)
