    Story Synopsis:
    Richie White (Dillon) was a charismatic young teenager who went Over The Edge being raised in a suburban community that catered to adults and ignored its teenage population. Based on true incidents in the 1970s (where the boys wore tight jeans and crop tops).(Suzanne Hodges)

    DVD Picture:
    The anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 DVD exhibits a dated, but adequate looking picture. Fleshtones tend to appear a bit ruddy at times, and color can have a washed out quality. The source element is revealing of some film grain and flecks of dirt, but nothing that is too obtrusive. The loss of finer details from smearing and pixel breakup is noticed at times, as well as minor edge halos. (Suzanne Hodges)
