  WSR Narrative Review
Story Synopsis:
The Desperate Housewives were a little over the top in Season 2, but after all, that's what makes life interesting on Wisteria Lane. Infidelity, death, and deception are all part of the everyday occurrences in this part of town, guaranteeing that life will be anything but dull for these lovely ladies. (Tricia Spears)

DVD Picture:
With warm flesh tones and vibrant colors, the anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 DVD image does look good for the most part. And while the picture can be well detailed, there are times that it looks soft and fuzzy. Shadow delineation is okay, but some of the darkest scenes do lose some detail. Edge enhancement is held to a minimum and pixel breakup is not much of a problem, but solid backgrounds can be distractingly noisy at times. (Danny Richelieu)
