While the 1.66:1 DVD is not completely void of hints at its age, the picture is generally sharp, with natural hues and relatively solid black levels. Source element artifacts are cleaned up well, and edge enhancement is not bothersome. Considering the age of the original film, this is a very good DVD picture. (Danny Richelieu)
