    Story Synopsis:
    Set It Off is a riveting action drama starring Vivica A. Fox as Frankie, a bank teller who finds herself jobless after an armed robbery leaves police and bystanders dead. Her longtime friends Cleo (Queen Latifah), Stony (Pinkett), Tisean (Elise), convince each other that there is a better way to make cash

    DVD Picture:
    The anamorphically enhanced DVD, recomposed at 1.78:1, exhibits excellent clarity, and well-defined colors. The picture is sharp, with nicely rendered background detail. Some scenes are softly focused for effect. Contrast and shadow delineation are excellent. There is some minor edge enhancement noticed, as well as occasional pixelization, but distractions are minimal and the picture should surely please. (Suzanne Hodges)
