The anamorphically enhanced 1.85:1 DVD exhibits an appealing picture with vibrant, pumped-up (maybe a little too exaggerated) colors that are otherwise nicely balanced. The picture is sharp and detailed with fine background definition. All aspects of the picture are quite impressive ,and there are few distractions. Fine film grain and a few artifacts are apparent, but this is an eye-popping picture.
