The anamorphically enhanced 2.35:1 DVD picture is quite beautiful, and should surely please, especially for its age. Though fleshtones can appear slightly orange, the color scheme is otherwise quite impressive. Images are sharp, with good definition into fine details on the costumes. The obvious sets are well defined. Fine film grain is occasionally noticed, but source element artifacts are rarely noticed.
