Subscribe FreeMonte Hellman, of Two Lane Blacktop fame, brings us Ride In The Whirlwind (along with his pal Jack Nicholson). A western of cult classic status and written by Nicholson, it concerns three cowhands (Mitchell, Nicholson, and Tom Filer) who are on their way to a job. They encounter a group of outlaws who are hiding out after robbing a stagecoach. When the sheriff comes to arrest the gang, the cowhands are assumed to be a part of the outlaw troupe and are hunted like wanted criminals. (Laurie Sevano)
