The anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 DVD picture presents the simple animation of Rugrats with excellent quality. Colors are solid throughout, and are at times bold and vibrant. There are no distractions for a picture that will surely please its young audience. (Suzanne Hodges)

DVD-ROM Review:
From the Rugrats in Paris DVD-ROM main menu, you are given links for two games, and a link to Play the Movie. Also on this main menu, you can shuffle between 11 photos of the Rugrat children from their trip to Paris, by clicking on the left side of the page. The two games, Mom-o-Matic and Chuckie Chan, are both very simple games, without much to offer by winning. Mom-o-Matic lets you select different parts from each of the moms in the movie, and "create your own new mom!" By selecting the nose, eyes, hair, and mouth of your choice, a different mom comes up for you to view. Chuckie Chan puts you into Chuckie
