Story Synopsis:
Due to head trauma he sustained during a confrontation with an intruder who raped and murdered his wife, Leonard Shelby (Pearce) suffers from a rare brain disorder that prevents him from converting new experiences into long-term memory. His only way of moving forward in his life is to keep daily notes, label Polaroid photographs, and tattoo himelf with crucial reminders.
