DVD-ROM Review:
Viewing the DVD-ROM features included with this title do not just jump out at you - you must do a little searching. On the disc, you can find a screensaver, the original trailer, two desktop wallpapers, and a Web site link. To find the screensaver, you must open the folder for your disc drive, and double click on the Extras folder. You then double click Screensaver, and open the folder Win (if you are running Windows) or Mac (if you are running Mac OS). In the Win folder, you run the program Install.exe, and in Mac OS, you run the file called Blood. The screensaver is a montage of images from the film with lines written in Japanese below the images. The trailer is found in the Trailer folder after double clicking the Extras folder. The trailer is in a mpeg format, thus you must have a mpeg viewer installed onto your computer to view it. Entering the Wallpaper folder located in the Extras folder is where you can find the two desktop wallpapers. You can view them in your favorite Internet browser by opening the file Picture.htm found in that folder. You then choose the resolution you want to use, and right click on the screen selecting set as wallpaper to make it your desktop image. There really is not much to this title, and without an easy to use installation method that is more user friendly, I am forced to bestow Blood with the rating of Disappointing.
