    Story Synopsis:
    Set in 1983, Glitter tells the story of talented young singer Billie Frank (Carey), whose drug- and alcohol-addicted mother loses custody of her when she

    DVD Picture:
    The anamorphically enhanced 2.40:1 DVD picture sparkles with excellent quality. Images are sharp and detailed, with superb contrast and shadow delineation. Colors are well balanced, with accurate fleshtones, vibrant hues, and deep blacks. There are a few signs of edge enhancement, and pixelization is rarely detected. The picture is very solid and should surely please. (Suzanne Hodges) The DVD also includes a modified 1.33:1 version (not reviewed).
