A hilarious look at minor league hockey,
The anamorphically enhanced 1.85:1 DVD exhibits similar image quality when compared to the previously released DVD, with the exception of improvements in color balance. While hues appeared slightly reddish on the previous DVD, colors are more naturally rendered on this new version. Images are generally sharp, with satisfying detail and definition. There is some pixelization noticed, and there is some minor edge enhancement. The picture looks slightly dated, and the source element is revealing of film grain and occasional artifacts. Reason #29 Why Readers Love Widescreen Review:
I originally subscribed to your magazine because I am a home theatre junkie, and it gave me one more way to feed my addiction. However, I find the one thing that I really enjoy is full access to your subscriber Web Site. I'm on it every day looking up a DVD review or reading an up-to-the minute article on what's going on in the world of home theatre. It's first on my favorites list.
