When the Playboy mansion's favorite bunny, Shelley (Faris), is kicked out, she gets lost in the wilderness of Beverly Hills. But when she stumbles into the sorriest sorority, Zeta Alpha Zeta, she finds a home where she can finally put her talents to good use. Then when Shelley meets a beau, she really has something to flirt for and thinks she might have a chance of life on the outside. Now the race is on to make over the girls and make Zeta the hottest house before the University shuts them down. (Gary Reber)

Special features include ten deleted scenes (HD 12:01); 12 featurettes (HD 53:13): The Girls Upstairs, Anna Faris: House Mom, The Girls Of Zeta, Colin Hanks: Mr. Nice Guy, From Song To Set: Katherine McPhee, From Tour Bus To Trailer: Tyson Ritter, Look Who Dropped By (features the stars who showed up on set), House Bunny Style, Zetas Transformed, Getting Ready For A Party, Calander Girls, and House Bunny Memories; the Katharine McPhee HD music video "I know What Boys Like" (HD 2:21); and 12 previews.

The 1080p AVC 2.40:1 picture quality is outstanding, with superb color fidelity and contrast. Fleshtones are always natural looking. Resolution is excellent, though slightly soft. The color pallet is warm, but colors are vibrant with bold pinks, oranges, and greens. Shadow delineation is superb, with excellent blacks. The picture is pristine and sharp, with no apparent noise or artifacts. The image quality is sure to please. (Gary Reber)

The Dolby® TrueHD 5.1-channel soundtrack is mediocre. Interior scenes are monaural, with an occasional slight stereo soundstage. The music score is a mixture of styles and provides what surround envelopment there is. The music and dialogue are generally well recorded. But spatial integration is lacking throughout. (Gary Reber)
