In "Sniper: Rogue Mission," when a crooked federal agent is involved in a human sex trafficking ring, Sniper and CIA Rookie Brandon Beckett (Chad Michael Collins) goes rogue, teaming up with his former allies Homeland Security Agent Zero (Ryan Robbins) and assassin Lady Death ( Sayaka Akimoto) to uncover the corrupt agent and take down the criminal organization. Special features include a digital copy.

The 2.39:1 1080p AVC picture, reviewed on a Sony Bravia Z9D 4K Ultra HD HDR display, upconverted to 2160p with greater resolution and luminance, was photographed digitally and sourced from a 2K master Digital Intermediate format. The picture exhibits clear and sharp imagery with excellent lighting throughout, The color palette appears natural with realistic hues. Colors are well saturated and nuanced, and at times pop. Flesh tones appear natural throughout. Contrast is well balanced with solid black levels and revealing shadow delineation. White levels exhibit good highlights and effect. Resolution is excellent with fine detail exhibited throughout in complex facial features, clothing and object textures. Environmental details are equally precise. This is a very clean and clear visual presentation that pleases. (Gary Reber)

The DTS=HD Master Digital 5.1-channel soundtrack is driven by a quite forward and dynamically energized loud music score that is prominent throughout. Deep bass enhances the music and is at times powerful. The surround field is occupied by the music and is quite aggressive. Sound effects effectively enhance the action sequences, such as powerful gun fire. Atmospherics sound realistic. Dialogue is prominently ADR and a bit forward sounding but intelligible throughout. This is an effective holosonic® soundtrack with excellent fidelity and dynamics. (Gary Reber)
