In "Bride Hard," when a mercenary group takes a lavish wedding hostage, they have no idea what they are in for as the maid of honor is actually a secret agent ready to rain hellfire upon anyone who would ruin her best friend's wedding. (Gary Reber)

The 1.78:1 1080p picture, reviewed on a VIZIO Quantum X P85QX-JI UHD/HDR display, was photographed digitally using the Arri Alexa Mini LF camera system and sourced from a 2K master Digital Intermediate format. There are no functioning fast forward or chapter stops; the movie when set in Play it is non-stop with not even Pause working, This is a low budget independent movie which exhibits a vey soft focus throughout. The color palette is saturated with warm hues that pop, especially the bright red bride maids' dresses. Other colors also pop and appear generally natural. Flesh tones exhibit natural hues. Contrast is generally well balanced, with solid black levels, revealing shadow delineation and realistic white levels. Resolution exhibits overall softness with even closeups lacking fine detail. This is a mediocre visual experience. (Gary Reber)
The menu indicates the availability of a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1-channel mix option, but the option always reverted to a DTS-HD Master Audio 2.0 monaural soundtrack. Sound fidelity and dynamics is generally good. Bass energy is quite active. The music is forward sounding and prominent. Dialogue is intelligible but predominately ADR produced and wanting in spatial delineation. This is a mediocre soundtrack that is basically undistinguished due to its monaural limitations.
