"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Trilogy" includes Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990), The Secrete Of The Ooze (1991) and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III (1993). The trilogy brings comc book grit, effects wizardry and pizza-fueled fun, helping turn four sewer-dwelling brothers into global pop-culture icons. Across this original trilogy, these anthropomorphic reptiles with mad martial arts skills battle Shredder and his evil Foot Clan in the sewers, on the streets and rooftops of New York City; square off against a pair of new foes created by the last of the mysterious mutagenic ooze; and travel back in time to feudal Japan to rescue their friend April. Brought to life with advanced animatronic costumes made by Jim Henson's Creature Shop (for I and II). (Gary Reber)

Special features for the three-disc trilogy include perfect-bound collector's booklet, reversible sleeves, double-sided foldout poster, two additional double-sided foldout posters, eight character trading cards, Roy's Pizza loyalty card and four character stickers.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles –– Movie Score 3, Picture 4
Teenage Mutant Turtles II: The Secret Of The Ooze –– Movie Score 3, Picture 4.5
Teenage Mutant Turtles III –– Movie 3, Picture 5

All three movies offer vintage lossless stereo plus a new repurposed Dolby Atmos/Dolby TrueHD 7.1--channel soundtrack for the first movie with II and III offering a DTS-HD Mater Audio 5.1-channel soundtrack.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles –– Sound 4.5 / Original Dolby Stereo

The repurposed Dolby Atmos/Dolby TrueHD 7.1-channels soundtrack sounds dynamic and dimensionality spatial with aggressive surround envelopment. Directionality is discrete across the soundstage and at times within the surrounds. Dialogue is intelligible with good spatial integration.

The Immersive Sound element is comprised of an extension of low level and strong orchestra music plus nuanced atmospherics, voices, and sound effects for an effective height layer treatment. 4.5

Teenage Mutant Turtles II: The Secret Of The Ooze –– Sound 5.0 / Original Dolby Stereo

The repurposed DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1-channel soundtrack is dynamic with strong sound effects and deep enhanced bass with powerful .1 LFE. Dialogue is intelligible throughout. Surround envelopment is aggressive with a strong orchestral score, atmospherics and sound effects. Fidelity is excellent.

Teenage Mutant Turtles III –– Sound 5 / Original Dolby Stereo

The repurposed DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1-channel soundtrack delivers a crisp and dynamic array of atmospherics, sound effects and orchestra score, enhanced with deep bass and at times sub-25 Hz .1 LFE. Surrounds are constantly active aggressive delivering atmospherics and music, as well as sound effects and nuanced dialogue. This effectively envelops the sound field. Fidelity is excellent. Dialogue is intelligible throughout. (Gary Reber)
