Neverland introduces us to a young lad named Peter (Rowe) and his streetwise gang, who are mysteriously transported from turn-of-the-century London into an enchanting parallel world where time stands still and an adventure awaits like nothing you've ever seen before. In Neverland, no one ever ages and lost souls have been plucked out of time. The lost boys are soon caught in a war with the man who will become Captain Hook and change the fate of this mystical land forever. (Tricia Spears)

The 1.78:1 1080p VC-1 picture is nicely produced, though, resolution is inconsistent—at times sharp and clear and at other times softly surreal. The color palette is naturally rendered with bold, vivid hues that are nicely saturated and impart a warm, rich image. Blacks are deep and shadow delineation is revealing. When fully resolved, detail is nicely defined, especially during close-ups of facial features, hair, clothing, and object texture. Overall, this is a pleasing visual experience that portrays a time long ago. (Gary Reber)
The DTS-HD Master Audio™ 5.1-channel soundtrack is surprisingly quite dynamic with a deep, solid low-frequency energy delivered by the .1 LFE channel. Bass extension at times deepens to sub-25 Hz frequencies. Atmospherics and sound effects provide an effective ambiance with an immersive, enveloping soundfield presence. Panning effects and directionalization are well executed. The music score occupies a wide and deep soundstage presence that extends to the surrounds. Dialogue is generally quite intelligible—good spatial integration, though, at times is not so. Overall, this is a satisfying sonic experience. (Gary Reber)
