Subscribe FreeThe Sandlot is a heartwarming family comedy about a neighborhood gang of good-natured young boys who love baseball. The new kid on the block, Scotty Smalls (Tom Guiry) who doesn’t have a friend in the world gets befriended by the gang’s young hero, Benny “The Jet” Rodriguez (Mike Vitar). Scotty soon makes new friends and finds himself playing baseball as well as the rest of the kids on the neighborhood sandlot. When a priceless Babe Ruth-autographed baseball falls into the clutches of the terrible beast behind the left field fence, the adventure begins as they try to retrieve the ball. The Sandlot is a terrific fun movie that will bring a nostalgic smile to anyone who remembers the joys of summer as a kid.
