Story Synopsis:
Cool Runnings is a heartwarming comedy inspired by the achievements of the first Jamaican bobsled team. Leon plays a sprinter whose dreams of running in the Summer Olympics are dashed when another competitor accidentally trips him during a qualifying race. Rather than wait another four years for his shot, he decides to enter the Winter Games in a very unlikely sport—bobsledding. With the help of a jovial friend (Doug) and an ex-champion bobsledding coach (Candy), the surprising team sets out to achieve their dream, and in the process, earns the respect and a new-found status as media darlings.
