Subscribe FreeIn I.Q. Walter Matthau gives a humorous performance as the famed physicist who un-dully plays matchmaker for his spirited niece (Meg Ryan) and his mechanic (Tim Robbins) in this romantic comedy set in the 1940’s. An interesting mix of themes here: love and in-telligence. As if any are rational when dealing with such an irrational emotion as love? The story has Professor Einstein perplexed as to how to lure his niece Catherine away from her stuffy British fiancé (Stephen Fry) and into the arms of her perfect love match, a sweet-natured auto mechanic. Never to be underestimated, Uncle Albert proves that the power of love is true nature.
