Story Synopsis

Banderas is the Mariachi with no name in this much-anticipated studio budgeted follow-up to the critically acclaimed 1992 El Mariachi. This time, the Mariachi plunges headfirst into the dark border underworld when he follows a trail of blood to the last of the infamous Mexican drug lords, Bucho (De Almeida) for an action-packed bullet-riddled showdown. With the help of a friend (Buscemi) and a beautiful bookstore owner (Hayek), the Mariachi tracks Bucho and takes on his army of desperadoes.
