Subscribe FreeNew Year’s Eve 1981; New York City. That’s the setting for the off-beat comedy “200 Cigarettes.” A terrific ensemble cast shmooze and sleaze their way through the night looking for love and one night stands while one woman waits for them all to show up at her party. Ben Affleck is great as the stuck-on-himself bartender who gets more invitations than he can handle and his real-life brother Casey shines as a wounded sensitive guy. Elvis Costello fans will get big laughs from the “morning after.”
