WSR Narrative Review
Story Synopsis:
The beautiful crimefighters from The Heroic Trio, return to fight an adversary whose savagery knows no bounds. Wonder Woman (Mui), Invisible Girl (Yeoh) and Thief Catcher (Cheung) are back to help the city when, after a nuclear explosion, all natural water sources are contaminated. An evil Black Knight ingeniously creates the Water Purification System and maliciously controls the last drops of drinking water. If his demands are not met, he threatens to destroy it all.

LaserDisc Picture:
The picture is matted at 1.75:1. Fleshtones are natural with deep solid blacks, although the colors are exaggerated. The picture is sharp and detailed with good shadow detail. Noise is minimal, but artifacts distract.

LaserDisc Soundtrack:
The soundtrack is undistinguished and compressed monaural that sounds completely “manufactured” with unnaturally dubbed and distorted dialogue.
