The use of a polarization combiner and redesigned integrator optics, as well as a new short-arc 420-watt Xenon lamp, provides the G1500 with brightness of 1500 ANSI lumens and contrast ratio greater than 350:1. It is available with either a zoom lens or a special fixed focal length lens with vertically adjustable offset, allowing the flexibility to change the orientation of the projector to the screen to suit a wider range of applications. The G1500, with a North American list price of $18,995 ($20,995 with fixed lens) is now shipping. Model G2000The G2000 offers 2000 ANSI lumens of light output, contrast ratio greater than 350:1, video resolution of 1000 TV lines and graphics resolution of 1365x1024. It will begin shipping in November 1999. Model G4000The G4000, the first super-bright industrial grade D-ILA projector, features the most powerful light engine in its class. Its newly developed 1600 Watt Xenon arc lamp features a specially designed compound reflector, resulting in an impressive 4000 ANSI lumens of brightness on screens up to 40 feet wide. With contrast ratio greater than 350:1, video resolution of 1000 TV lines and graphics resolution of 1365x1024, it's the best ultra-bright projection system for the most demanding large venue applications. The G4000, with a North American list price of $59,995 and interchangeable fixed and zoom lenses each costing $9,995, will be available in October 1999. All of these projectors feature award-winning D-ILA technology, which provides images with superior brightness, contrast and color reproduction.
